Poppy Bouquet

Available in almost any color, the poppy, August’s official flower, also symbolizes things we don’t usually associate with wedding day joy.

Remember in The Wizard of Oz when that poppy field almost put everyone in magically-induced eternal sleep? On the other hand, in Puerto Rico, where poppies are called amapolas, they’re traditionally part of wedding bouquets.

To us, poppies have a colorful, delicate exuberance, which is just the feeling for a wedding day!
