Inside the Atelier

The sparkle of hand-sewn crystals. The feel of lace and silk beneath fingertips. That breathless moment at the top of the aisle when heads turn to see you for the first time.

Designed to enhance a woman’s natural radiance, a Lea-Ann Belter gown captures the timeless romance of your wedding day.

Rich in subtle detail and crafted of the finest silks and European laces, each gown is crafted within our Toronto atelier, where, adamant about quality, Lea-Ann oversees the production herself.  Every element, from softly colored silks to draping to hand embroidery and beadwork, is completed using traditional couture techniques.

Governed by Lea-Ann’s modern, sustainable sensibility, our vegetable-dyed silks are sourced from family-owned and -operated Indian silk mills, with all fabric remnants from the production process donated to The Toronto District School Board and The Ontario College of Art and Design.
